I just read the review below and had to take a moment to write a review as well. I have 7 rentals with Swift and have been using them for the past 8 years. In December, I scheduled an inspection with Swift to view each of my properties. They arranged an agent to walk through each unit while I was present. We walked each unit and all of them looked great. I believe that some owners believe that a property manager removes them from ever having to invest money in to their properties. That the tenants deposit is always going to cover the damages. Some tenants do create more damage then the deposit and we as owners must cover the difference to bring the home in to rent ready condition. In the past eight years I have had over 10 move outs. They all have been handled to my satisfaction. I'm currently looking for more rentals as now is the time to buy and Swift has done a great job for me and made the managing of my investments a smooth process. I have recommended Swift Properties to several
