With all their "positive" reviews how could I add another! There is a reason they once were High Crest Mgmt. Anytime a company changes their "good" name there is a real problem! \r

We live across the street from the mgmt office and still get treated like renters! \r
\r
Last year, desperate to have our A/C fixed I was told I needed to contact them 48 hours in advance, have a bunch of paperwork on the company doing the repair and it must be done by 2PM or the maint. guys would not be here.\r

I finally let "their" guy on the roof - we paid over $300 to have him charge the system. It never worked well after that. This year we brought in our own tech how found that "their" guy over charged the system!\r

They will also send you to an attorney without question! Yet they will not respond to accounting questions. \r

Recently, we were all sent letters demanding our car sticker info or "OUR CARS WOULD BE TOWED!" - yet they issue the stickers!!!\r
