Review content:
Initially I received excellent service and attention until they replaced everyone in the office that was any good. Now that Andy is handling things, not only do they ignore my phone calls and letters, they conveniently claim there is nothing in my file regarding past phone calls or letters. I have a serious leak that they have ignored for 2 years. Now there is mold. Leaving me no choice but to go to the health department. Any promise of old carpet replacement was not kept. I agree, it is sometimes hard to know if its the management company or the owner but I do know this company has a bad reputation in Simi Valley.
