I would NOT recommend this company for renters. It is probably exemplary for the home owner, but for the tenant you must follow every letter of rental laws. There is no flexibility with this company and that can be very costly for the tenant. \r

If you decide to rent from this company, be sure that you are not rushed through your initial walk- through. Be meticulous. Get everything in writing. I suggest walking through with a camera or video camera. They will expect the residence, upon move-out, to be in the EXACT condition it was in upon move-in. \r
