We contacted Always Available Discount Plumbing to drop a gas line to our kitchen for our remodel. They were fast and inexpensive, however, they neglected to turn the gas back on once they were done with the job. Once the gas was turned back on, we had a massive gas leak in the home and Atmos Energy shut our gas off. We were required to get a permit from the city in order to get the leak fixed. I contacted Always Available re: the leak on a Friday since they worked on the line. (Mind you, we have no hot water at this point due to the gas being shut off.) They did not come to the house until Wednesday of the following week. The city inspector came by after the work was done to inspect and the work was not up to code. Always Available had to come back out on Wednesday afternoon to fix their issues. On Thursday morning, I was at the house and without knocking, in walks Tom, the apprentice.
