I went to this Denal Office for 15 years. I am not sure at what point they became so greedy, rude and incompetent, but it became increasingly obvious that they were trying to get as much money as they could from you, while letting their customer service, etc. go down hill. Way down!!! In the end I had to quit because they refused to see me unless I stayed on their "three month" plan, and since I couldn't afford the uncovered treatment, they refused to see me at all, even for the coverage my dental insurance provided, until I would come in on the "three month" plan. And when I left them they charged a $30 fee to get my records!! I don't even have time to explain all the other abuses of this place. DO NOT GO THERE!
