Review content:
Entire Gentle Dental company is like a a hungry crow, they will promise you "golden mountains" to get you, but once they got you....you will be writing one of this negative reviews. When I relocated to San Diego a year ago, I was looking to establish my new dental office. I read first reviews which were negative and unfortunately did not take them into the consideration. I gave Gentle Dental a try. My doctor was great, but she left the company very shortly after my visit. I quickly realized that if I stay with this dental office I will be "tossed" from one doctor to another who will never know my dental history. So I requested a copy of my record so I could start looking for a new dental office and a permanent doctor and instead of the record I was shouted at by the office manager, who refused to give me my record (which was already paid off by me and my insurance) unless I pay them $30.00. That was the most unprofessional office I have ever visited in my life and I would not recommend
