I believe that this was the 2nd or 3rd time that I had a vehicle at Wrench for repair. The customer serivce is great. They tell you up front how long something will take, and not just promise you a time and then your vehicle isn't ready. When Ben called to tell me what was wrong with the car, and what it would cost it was in language that I could understand.
