I've been using their services for several years, both for my cat and for my dog. Overall, they're only OK for check-ups and simple procedures. I just have to pay extra attention and know what's being done and what needs to be done.\r

And the reason I have to do that is because they just don't take the time to be the least bit thorough with each individual patient. Every time I go there I have to point out obvious things which the vet could easily see simply by looking at the paper he or she is holding. It's happened that I've stopped one of my animals receiving the same vaccination twice, minor procedures which I did not come in for (and were not necessary), etc. They also never know my dog's chronic condition, which is always written in the papers they're holding. For everything he's prescribed, I have to ask if it'll aggravate or affect his condition. Then they say "oh... he has that?" and finally look down to read the brief medical history.\r
