Review content:
This was the worst customer service experience of my life. DB does not honor truck reservations. I showed up on moving day to pick up my truck and was told that they did not have a truck for me. First, they accused me of not having a reservation. When I provided them with multiple forms of evidence to show that I did, they changed their story and just said that they didn't have a truck for me.
Larry told me that he realized he didn't have a truck yesterday. When I asked him why he didn't call me yesterday, he said "it's not my job." He was extremely rude and very, very slow to understand even basic ideas like - I'm moving today and I need a truck.
I did the same thing as the above reviewer and went to U-Haul - to professionals. Thank God for U-Haul.
If I can prevent one person from renting from them, this will be worth posting.
