Review content:
This is one of the worst dealerships in the bay area. Sales associates have no knowledge of their own vehicles and internet sales division was extremely rude about pricing. Sales manager was trying to convince us that the used vehicle we were looking at had high performance aftermarket parts. Extremely disappointing because i was ready to buy with 65% down, if they were a little more responsive than trying to give one to three word answers, i would have thought about signing today. Every question i had for the sales rep i was referred over to the sale manager (i bet that gets annoying). I had to wait 10 mins for every question i asked since the manager was busy with other stuff. I highly recommend going somewhere else to find a car. It's a shame that when the auto industry is hurting they feel the need to pompous and rude, it says a lot about chevy i guess....
Pros: service is halfway decent
Cons: everything else
