I DO NOT recommend doing business at this dealer. I was told a definite price and was strung along for 3 days. When I went back to finalize the transaction, everything had changed. As far as I am concerned, they are liars. They told me I could get a better price at another dealer. That may be the only truthful thing they said. Be smart....stay away. There are too many good dealers in the Tampa area to risk wasting your time here. more

Waste of Your Time 1/27/2011

I definitely do NOT recommend this dealership. Once they make a sell, they really don't care about you anymore. We recently purchased an Avalanche from this dealership. We love the car, but the dealership gives you the run around after making the sell, and they don't follow up on what they tell you they will do for you after the deal is complete. They even stated to me ""the costumer is always right, but..."" Even though I bought the car at Autoway Chevorlet, I will be taking my car for service at Demmitt Chevorlet even if it is a farther distance away. There is more I can add regaring this dealership, but it's not worth my time. more

Great place to get your car 9/15/2009

What so special is,the pople that work there,the guys that work in the front office and sell cars and very nice and polite to there customers,and the people in the back were you go to get the car repaired or tires rotated ect, there very curtious,and respectful too. Pros: There very loyal Cons: No Draw backs! more

Please don't waste your time, you can do better 9/12/2009

This is one of the worst dealerships in the bay area. Sales associates have no knowledge of their own vehicles and internet sales division was extremely rude about pricing. Sales manager was trying to convince us that the used vehicle we were looking at had high performance aftermarket parts. Extremely disappointing because i was ready to buy with 65% down, if they were a little more responsive than trying to give one to three word answers, i would have thought about signing today. Every question i had for the sales rep i was referred over to the sale manager (i bet that gets annoying). I had to wait 10 mins for every question i asked since the manager was busy with other stuff. I highly recommend going somewhere else to find a car. It's a shame that when the auto industry is hurting they feel the need to pompous and rude, it says a lot about chevy i guess.... Pros: service is halfway decent Cons: everything else more
