I went in to be seen last week and I just have to say that Nicole, she is a receptionist there, she was soo incredibly friendly and easy going! She knew her job very well and she was quick to have me seen after I filled out the necessary paperwork. She was very helpful when I had questions and never made me feel like I was just another patient walking in. I hope that she is treated well at the clinic and I hope that her managers understand that she plays a big role in the excellent customer service!
