Through the years I have gone to many Doctors throughout West Michigan. I began at Family Medicine Specialists about 6 years ago and I could not be happier. I love all of the Dr.'s there, they have always treated me with the utmost respect and my entire family as if we were their own. True, this past summer they did stop taking certain govt. insurance policies, but they also gave you the option to switch to the one they do accept. We did to keep our Dr. \r

We are always able to get in during an illness at last minute. The staff is friendly for the most part, You do not wait forever to get into your appointment, the most I have ever waited was 15 minutes, I have waited for HOURS before at other Dr.'s waiting. The Dr.'s here listen to you and become more than just a Dr. You have nice quiet clean waiting room, easy parking, toys for the kids, I love it here. I would not switch for the world.\r

Dr. Schuler is our Dr. and has become almost a family member. She knows all of us very well, and knows our health issues and is always on top of things. And having a son with medical conditions we have gotten to know all of the Dr.'s there and are treated with respect and always gets us in immediately when it's an urgent reason. Now days, you do not find Doctor offices such as this one.
