You might be advised to step out from behind the anon personna and tell the whole truth .You have never set foot upon our business property and would not be able to identify any of our staff members if you were to meet them upon the street . You simply phoned our business , price shopping and seeking a cheaper quote when your own ""regular vet "" gave you a price that you thought was unfair ,You ""declined "" our reccomendation to perform pre-operative /pre- surgical blood analysis , stating that you did not want to spend the money , Fine , that is well within your right , but know also that many hidden aliments are present in geriatric animals , let alone those with FIV , And to the layman ,all may appear healthy on the outside and be abnormal on the inside thus creating a severe anesthetic and recovery risk . Any doc , human or animal, who procedes in such a manner is asking for trouble to occur - be it a medical or legal issue .Thus the issue of refusal of service .It applies to both consumer AND provider . Why put your loved pet at increased risk - NO THANKS to owners such as that . You were politely told ,"" no thanks"" , yet you respond with vitriol , move on , continue to patronize those who you can dictate medicine and get over it ..
.
Pros: down to earth -no baloney -tells it like it is
Cons: selective , man of principles
