The office staff will lie to you to get you to buy products. When I inquired about a microchip, the receptionist said it came with a lifetime membership. After they had already put the microchip in my dog, I found out that I would have to pay a fee every year to maintain the microchip. I contacted ABC and they told me they put the wrong microchip in my dog. I asked to be reimbursed for what I paid and they refused. Their solution was to put my dog out, take out the wrong microchip and put in the new one. Anyone who loves their pet would not allow this to happen. I now have to sue them in small claims court to get reimbursed. Next time I will go to the Humane Society.
