I have to strongly disagree. I have been using ABC since I moved to Tucson 4 years ago. I have taken my animal in to both clinics and have always been greeted with a smiling face. I recently had my dog spayed at the clinic on Craycroft and had a great experience. The place was busy when I walked in but was still greeted with a smile. I had a lot of questions due to this was my first female dog but the young lady at the desk was able to answer all my questions and make me feel comfortable leaving my precious dog Princess in there care. I called later that morning to check on her and again was treat with the best customer service. Later that afternoon when I came to pick Princess up, I brought my dog Chance to get his shots. They were very busy but friendly and very organized. I have been to other places that have had shot clinics and was never impressed but with ABC the place is always clean, smells great and have great employees that truly care about me and my animals. The prices are great but what keeps me coming back is that staff and doctors!
