I went to Ascent Audiology and Hearing because I had a hearing aid that needed a new earpiece. I found the people there very personable. He told me what he was going to do and explained what he was going to do for me. They couldn't have been any nicer or any more professional. I'm not having any problem at all with the hearing aid. It was an excellent experience! I think very highly of them. They couldn't have been more cordial.
