Review content:
Decided to invest in an $85 detailing service they were selling. The car came back with the windshield cracked in half. Obviously they claimed no liability and just wanted to send me to their evidently routine windshield replacement company. I never raised my voice or said anything remotely threatening but the woman working there got increasingly angry and hostile with me for asking questions, trying to understand why it happened and what the process is to fix it. I've never had a windshield replacement, so I had questions. I suggested maybe they should have a waiver to sign that tells the customer some of the things that might happen to the car when it goes through their machine (Yes, I misinterpreted ""hand wash."" Call me naive) and she acted like I was an idiot. She said ""things like this happen all the time. Cracked windshields, water spots, you name it."" --- I didn't understand why that was a rebuttal to my question. So my $85 investment has just cost me several times that, and the woman is treating me like I was wasting her time by trying to understand what happened. She offered me a free bottle of water when she saw me quietly stressing and sweating over my new financial predicament. What a sweetheart.
