My RANGE IS READY FOR THE MALL 12/1/2011

Just got back in town from Vegas. My Range Rover had bugs all in the grill and the front windshield was disgusting. I took it to the my favorite Big Hand studio city car wash. They scrubbed all the bugs off. I also had it waxed for $55.00. My Rover is ready now ready for a trip to the mall. I love the massage chairs. OOhh so relaxing. more

Great service 11/26/2011

Omg. What a great place. I was in a little fender bender with my 2011 black BMW. I took my car to several body shops and got estimates up to $500.00 to fix a few scratches on the front bumper. As a last resort I took it to the Studio City Hand Car Wash. They were so nice. They first tried to remove the scratches with some chemicals and then they used a buffer machine. They removed all the scratches. The area they had used the machine on looked so good that I had them use the same treatment on the whole entire car. They also waxed the outside and used leather treatment on the interior of my car. The whole thing cost $85.00. I saved over $400.00 and my car looks better than new. I highly recommend this place.I will never go any where else. Thank you Studio City Car Wash. Abbie:) more

The Best Hand Car Wash in the Valley 11/17/2011

This place is a Classy operation!!!. All the employees look clean and have a great smile. It is kept up nice. Every time I have gone there I always see some famous actor. They charge only $12.00. They make your car look shiny. They do a good job. I trust them. I have been to all the other car washes in the area, I only go here now. My best friend detailed his car yesterday, I think was $125.00. His car looks brand new now. He was going to sell it before he had it detailed at the Studio City Car wash but now he does not want to sell it anymore. more

cracked my windsheild in half 9/26/2010

Decided to invest in an $85 detailing service they were selling. The car came back with the windshield cracked in half. Obviously they claimed no liability and just wanted to send me to their evidently routine windshield replacement company. I never raised my voice or said anything remotely threatening but the woman working there got increasingly angry and hostile with me for asking questions, trying to understand why it happened and what the process is to fix it. I've never had a windshield replacement, so I had questions. I suggested maybe they should have a waiver to sign that tells the customer some of the things that might happen to the car when it goes through their machine (Yes, I misinterpreted ""hand wash."" Call me naive) and she acted like I was an idiot. She said ""things like this happen all the time. Cracked windshields, water spots, you name it."" --- I didn't understand why that was a rebuttal to my question. So my $85 investment has just cost me several times that, and the woman is treating me like I was wasting her time by trying to understand what happened. She offered me a free bottle of water when she saw me quietly stressing and sweating over my new financial predicament. What a sweetheart. more

for the last 15 years, i have been going to this place. You never really saw the owner which is the short bald guy . He is always yelling and that blonde girl, which Im sure is the same girl who published 1 review only because the owner is her old boyfriend. She is so rude and unprofessional! The big guy that took over Dorians job, he has no clue what's going on?? But, you won't get the southern hospitality here anymore the owner fired him to replace him with these two goofballs. So your car will look nice but never great! No one should be offended by this unless you took it personal and must know exactly who they are. I gave no names so you can speculate on it. Otherwise this is free speech and my personal experiences! Pros: nothing Cons: everything! BAD customer service, hot headed owner more

Always leave with a spottless car, great service and atmosph 4/27/2009

I love this local car wash, it's the only place where I don't have to walk around my car after to make sure they didn't miss anything. They always do a great job and I never wait too long. The atmosphere is nice and it's not dreadful to wait, you can take a walk on Ventura or in the neighborhood. But mainly they do a great job and you get what you pay for! Best mom and pop Car Wash...Very much a 5 star place w/o the high prices 1/26/2008

I have been going to this car wash for several years. I just moved from the area and find myself traveling the 30 minutes just for a car wash. Friendly staff and patrons. Small place however very ""Big"" for their love and care for all. Bring your coupons they will honor! The business is family owned and it shows. Pros: All of the above Cons: Small place if it weren't for the HUGE sign you just might miss it. more

Quality car wash 7/3/2006

This place is the most consistent place to have your car washed in the Valley. At first sight of the giant ceramic-looking hand that marks the entrance, you might be scratching your head a bit. But this place is great! Your car is totally hand washed from start to finish (it does run thru the regular ""tracked"" washing system...but people are in there scrubbing rather than abrasive clothes doing the job). They're always done quickly due to so many people on staff there. A bit of eye candy while your waiting due to there always being several expensive models of mercedes, porche, bmw being worked on under their detail tent. Yesterday I even saw a boat being detailed. Anyway, bring a coupon to any other car wash and they'll accept. I usually bring my Ralph's receipt with my $7.99 anywhere car wash and they have no problem taking it, even on a Saturday. Great place! Pros: Fast service, great job, accepts coupons Cons: Usually a bit crowded & not much space to sit while waiting more
