I'm very satisfied with the care I get from Dr. Cain and his staff. They are always courteous and helpful, especially when handling referrals to other facilities for testing. I'm always seen promptly when arriving at the office and am not kept waiting for long periods. Dr. Cain takes the time to explain my test results to me, and answers any questions I have in a straightforward professional manner, without being condescending or overly technical. I found Dr. Cain after relocating to Austin, seeking care for a pre-existing condidion, and have seen several neurologsts in other cities over the last few years. I feel fortunate to have found a good neurologist on my first try here in Austin. Pros: Good quality of care, friendly helpful staff
