Review content:
Save yourself the time and do not even go here. We were just looking for engagement ring ideas in 2002 and stopped by there. The service was horrendous - high-pressure to the point of ridiculous. The first guy helping us had to go get a manager or co-worker (the old double-team trick). The 2nd guy came out and was wearing rolled-up jeans shorts and a t-shirt (not professional). He started basically yelling at us, trying to figure out how to get us to buy that day. (Which we weren't going to - my husband was not going to buy it in front of me!) The guy's line of choice was, ""What am I going to have to do to get you to dance today?"" It was like a bad movie - and he said it about 5 times! We couldn't believe it. We told him that the exact same diamond was way cheaper at Shane Co, where we had just been - and he yelled, ""FINE! Then go buy it there!"" So we walked out, and did. I will NEVER go there again and have told everyone I know to avoid it. Between their service and their immature, unprofessional radio ads, I am not sure how they are still in business.
