When we moved from Bowling Green, Ohio to Gahanna, Ohio more than 10 years ago we never thought we would find a dentist like the one we had in our old town. We were surprised to find two, better, dentists with Dr. Fleitz and Dr. Tilson. Both doctors are genuine people who care about their patients and their dental well being. Over the years I have had many problems with my teeth and they have bent over backwards to help--my teeth and my wallet.
I have personally witnessed their staff pick up elderly patients and drive them home when they were not able to make it into the office. They have come in early and stayed late to accommodate patient needs (including my own) and use the latest technology to maintain contact with their patients. Scheduling and last minute changes are never a hassle--the receptionists, hygienists and doctors have never been rude or disrespectful towards me. In fact, they have been so nice that going to the dentist's office is more like catching up with old friends than a cleaning.
Over the years, I have recommended my friends and family to Dr. Tilson and Dr. Fleitz and will continue to do so. If you are looking for a high quality and affordable dentist you will hit the nail on the head by seeing either one of these amazing dentists.
