When we moved from Bowling Green, Ohio to Gahanna, Ohio more than 10 years ago we never thought we would find a dentist like the one we had in our old town. We were surprised to find two, better, dentists with Dr. Fleitz and Dr. Tilson. Both doctors are genuine people who care about their patients and their dental well being. Over the years I have had many problems with my teeth and they have bent over backwards to help--my teeth and my wallet. I have personally witnessed their staff pick up elderly patients and drive them home when they were not able to make it into the office. They have come in early and stayed late to accommodate patient needs (including my own) and use the latest technology to maintain contact with their patients. Scheduling and last minute changes are never a hassle--the receptionists, hygienists and doctors have never been rude or disrespectful towards me. In fact, they have been so nice that going to the dentist's office is more like catching up with old friends than a cleaning. Over the years, I have recommended my friends and family to Dr. Tilson and Dr. Fleitz and will continue to do so. If you are looking for a high quality and affordable dentist you will hit the nail on the head by seeing either one of these amazing dentists. more

I am a Dental phobe. This office is so nice. The doctors and hygienists are very gentle. The front desk always welcomes me and treats me like a friend. All of my work has been done so painlessly. I love that they allow me to go into the room with my kids. My only complaint would be the doctor's assistants. If you catch them on a bad day, they can be a bit bitchy toward the doctors. They are always great to me and my kids, but I wish they treated their bosses better. My friend had veneers done, and she looks like a movie star. The ladies at the front desk helped her make affordable arrangements, so that she looked dazzling at her wedding. more

I was a patient of Dr Max F. before Dr Jeffrey Tilson took over the practice when Dr F retired. Since, I have left this office about one year later as well as all my family. The Dr was rude to me and other family members when discussing price jumps, and dropping insurance carriers after he took over the office. The Dr does not seem interested in you unless you had a cosmetic situation he wanted to fix. I have found another dentist after leaving the office and am happy but there will never be another dentist like Max F. I can honestly say I miss Max. My rating for Dr Tilson is a 1 star only. I think someone must have been to this office on a bad day, or owed money. I've been a patient here for over 20 years, and have never had a problem with anyone. The doctors, assistants, hygienists, and front office staff seem to really care about me. They remember details about me and my family. They always have the latest equipment.\r \r I've always had an easy time with the front office staff. I think I'm a pretty tough person, and they are always nice and professional with me. i have been going to dr. tilson for 8 years now and he is by the far the doctor with the best chairside manners. along with my hygienist, they always take the time to ask me how i've been and are genuine and sincere with any questions or conerns i may have. the only problem i have had is with their front desk staff. they could make themselves more approachable, especially since they are the first impression people have of them. i referred a neighbor and they said the front staff was also inconsiderate and they will not be going back because of that. i will be returning since dr. tilson is great with his work and a highly respected man in his field. Been a long time patient of Dr. Tilson, perhaps 20 or more years. Dr. Tilson and all his staff are very consistently quality people, with quality skills. Over the years, have been treated by several different persons at his offices, and all staff he has hired have been skilled at their positions. Hard to believe this is possible, but I know first hand this is how his office is always run. One of the few things in my life that has been as perfect an experience as humanly possible, and over such a long time frame, is unbelievable but true. Oh, and I hate needles.
