Elaine is a very good doctor and comfortable to be with. Her office, Grand Street Assoc. is terrible. You are on hold for so long when you call, they promise they will have someone call you back (never happens), you can not get to speak to Dr. Crosby nor go through her office. Apparently you have to make an appt. to speak to her, in return they charge your insurance co. for some other reason. Got out of their after waiting since August for test results even after numerous phone calls and a ""visit"" to the doctor.
Pros: Elaine is a good doctor
