Elaine is a very good doctor and comfortable to be with. Her office, Grand Street Assoc. is terrible. You are on hold for so long when you call, they promise they will have someone call you back (never happens), you can not get to speak to Dr. Crosby nor go through her office. Apparently you have to make an appt. to speak to her, in return they charge your insurance co. for some other reason. Got out of their after waiting since August for test results even after numerous phone calls and a ""visit"" to the doctor. Pros: Elaine is a good doctor Cons: the office she works out of more

terrible with returning calls 1/21/2010

I have been waiting for months for test results to no prevail. Everytime I call the office, i never get calls returned and the girls that answer are quite rude. I asked for my records to go to another doctor and of course, no return calls. When I called again, they said the records were there. I asked when was I supposed to get a call and was told they didn't know. Plus, if I want the records I have to pay 29.95 for them..I thought I owned my records???? Cons: very bad more

Beware! Commits insurance fraud! Horrible! 12/29/2009

I went in for a consultation, was there under 10 mins. I was charged $250! My insurance paid most of it, but I was still sent a bill for the remainder. The office (DR. Crosby), put the wrong service on the bill so she can be paid more from my insurance company, an ""extended office visit."" I fought on the phone for months with the office and the claims service..they give you the run around, do not return calls, keep you on hold forever, make you speak to 12 different people and then get nowhere. They admitted putting down the wrong service for the extra, and will not do anything to correct it. I still have a bill! They do not care about their patients. Selfish, money hungry, dirtbags! Expect to wait at least 5 min on hold. 1/8/2009

Don't call and expect to speak to speak to a person. If you're calling for an appointment expect to wait at least 5 min before speaking to someone. If you're leaving a message to have the Dr. call you back for follow up, don't hold your breath. Pros: Take Oxford ins. and close to home in Kingston Cons: Hard to reach an actual human without waiting at least 5 min more

Great group of doctors, medical staff, and caring office personnel. 11/13/2007

I've been going to Grand Street Medical for about 4 years. Consistently they have delivered caring and professional service. All of their personnel have been friendly and accommodating. They offer a wide array of services from gastroenterologists and ob-gyn to family medicine. They can even do colonoscopies at their facilities. I highly recommend them. Pros: Parking lot across the street, friendly, accommodating Cons: Sometimes a long wait, rarely - a rushed visit more
