Whenever I go there for service or repair I am treaed with the utmost respect, courtesy and professionalism. I do not know much about vehicle repair or diagnosis etc...but i do know they talk TO me not at me, or down at me...they fix my vehicle to specs and let me know what to expect in the future. They make sure I understand the problem and what was done that day and they make sure i understand it on my terms...not technical jargon that only they know. I respect them, trust and rely on them and will use them in the future
