So upset with this facility. I took my cat there yesterday and they told me it would be $1000 to make him better with no guarantee that he would ever be 100%. There is no possible way people today have that kind of money for animal care. I understand procedures and care take money, but that amount is obscene. After coming to the heart breaking conclusion that there was no way I could save my cat (my baby) I had to make the hard decision to put him to sleep. Dr. Olive was completely insensitive to the whole situation. While I was spending the last few minutes with my baby the receptionist walked in to the room and coldly asked me if I would be ""taking care of this"" with credit and if she could have my card. Through my tears I handed it to here. After my poor cat passed, I couldn't take it anymore and began to leave, all I got from Dr. Olive was an insensitive ""sorry for your loss"". I would NEVER recommend this facility to anyone. Highly rude and insensitive.
