There seem to be no locksmith registered with this shopping mall indicating an oddly kept in-house lockpick artist.One wonders if these punked peasants run a bicycle theft operation utilizing the pretext and the plausible deniability that comes with it while luring suckers in with the veneer of fake class.\r
