Review content:
This company has a place in downtown St Paul that I rent from, and they atemped to be secure but for downtown it's pretty freaky! They have this thing where durring downtown events, they rent out our buildings parking. Hokey games for example, then has drunk drivers in our lot and outside the building. I'm not on ground level but sometimes I hear them smashing bottles or shouting. It's pretty freaky like I said. They fix stuff fast when it goes down, we have had the hot water and laundry go down a couple times, but they work to fix it in a reasonable amount of time. The rent is decentlly cheep and my cats are welcome and the super lady said she would watch them. I just don't feel particularly safe, but for the cheep rent untill I'm done with school it's what I have. I just wish I would have known they would sublet our parking or whatever, or if they would have some security or something. The area is great on the hill though with lots of night life and shopping, and real fun when my friends come by. Usualy we have our own party at the place when games go on or I just take off somewhere else.\r

It's not a dump at all, just not for me, I probably won't rent from them again unless it's a much nicer place.
