Ironwood was good to work with. My biggest complaint is time dealing with the cabinets. The time for receiving our cabinets we were told would be 6 weeks. When the cabinets arrived there were some missing pieces. It took another 6 weeks for their missing pieces to arrive. When the installers put in my oven a piece of wood was damaged and I believe when the granite was installed a cabinet door was damaged. (It bothered me that neither installer said anything.) They could have just said opps! I would have appreciated that. Yes, another 6 weeks for a new door.
Because there was some problems with the timing on the counter tops the kitchen delayed. (One of the counters cut short and they did not figure the space correct from counter up to bar. That's okay....things happen. But I did think it was weird to send in the clean up lady when the kitchen was not even ready to use.
The cabinets and design is gorgeous!! The installers of the cabinets were great. Tile people did a great job. The clean up lady great.
