Review content:
Both of my little bathrooms that are like closets because there are no windows. Capital City Daylighting inserted a light in each one and I have light in them everyday now. One shines so bright that it shines out into the hallway which helps. The man who came was very pleasant, did the work well, and I was very satisfied. I'm very pleased with my lights especially on a dark day like today. I don't recommend many things, but I have told people how much I enjoy the lighting in my bathrooms.

Charlotte was a charming customer, and a joy to work for! We contacted her with regards to the 3-star rating for the 'Will Recommend' category, to see how we could improve our service or products. She stated she gave 3 stars rather than 4 or 5 stars for this category simply because she is not the type of person to go out an actively talk about a product, even one that she loves as much as her new Solatube Daylighting Systems. She said she would definitely recommend us and Solatube when asked. We respect her decision on this, and based on our continued communications with her and her feedback, are confident that we provided her with a 5-star daylighting experience. We look forward to 2014 when she will have us back out to her home to install a Solar Star solar attic fan.
