Review content:
The two negative reviews of this practice shock me. I cannot, of course, speak to the experiences of these families who felt that the staff at the office were rude. I can attest, however, that in the five years we have been patients at Children's Dentistry, Dr. Venezie, his wife/office manager Michelle, and the hygienists have always been courteous to me and very kind and supportive of my children. We have had excellent care and compassionate service. I have had to cancel last-minute and have never had the experience described in these other reviews. I guess I would just suggest that potential patients see for themselves what kind of people run this office and remember that courtesy is nearly always a two-way street.
