Review content:
I figured this was a good place to go, it looked nice from the outside, their prices seemed fair. So I called and set up an appointment for my dog to get spayed. I was told to be there at 8:30. I showed up on time and saw another woman standing outside with her dog. She was told to be there at 8:00am, and no one was yet there. We stood outside waiting. Then a lady with blonde hair rudely walked by us and says, ""I'll open the door in a minute"". We stood outside in the cold as we saw the lights go on. SEVERAL minutes later she unlocked the door. She didn't even open the door and welcome us in. Then it just got more wierd. I signed my dog in and was rudely told to sit. After waiting for a little while, I took my dog in a little room, where she was weighed. They then took her away. I NEVER EVEN MET THE VET!!!!! I have been to many vets in my life and I couldn't believe this. I was thinking about taking my dog back and leaving, but I figured it had to be safe. The next day I picked my dog up, thinking that today was the day I would speak to the vet... and again NO VET TALKED TO ME!!!!! A lady that works there brought her out to me and that was it... this was one odd experience. I will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN AND IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET YOU WON'T GO EITHER. Maybe they are better with horses and such, but I was really disappointed with the people and the fact that I never met the vet.... My dogs surgery went well, luckily... thank god! But again, I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! I am extremely disappointed.
Pros: The surgery went well.
Cons: Everything else was terrible.... Can't really say much about the vet because i never met him/her?!?!?!?!!? Rude staff!
