Bryan Animal Hospital is a great place to take your pets. The office staff is caring, helpful, pleasant, and comforting. One of the staff I am particularly fond of is Tuna, the calico counter kitty. She can often be found sporting a seasonal neckerchief and greeting customers. The veterinarians are extremely helpful and try to accomodate you in every way possible. They are very proficient and don't rush through instructions or procedures. They take the time to listen to your questions and concerns and show you how to do any necessary procedures until you feel comfortable with the process. They are open every Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. They are not open on Sundays, and only open mornings on Saturdays. They are pricey, but I believe this is the case everywhere. You also have to pay at the time you receive services. There doesn't appear to be a billing system which would be most helpful. They do keep you updated on costs and do nothing without consulting you first. I would recommend them without reservation for all animal lovers.
Pros: Definitely ""thumbs up."" Kind, helpful staff. Excellent doctors. Ample parking. Clean, comfortable settting. Full services in most cases.
Cons: Pricey. Must pay at time of service (no billing system).
