Past few times I have taken my cats in, they would give me an estimate; but when the services are done, the actual cost is nearly doubled. The last time I took my cat in for a grooming, they dug too deep to clean out his ears. The nurses never really checked up on my cat during the afternoon or otherwise they would have noticed he wasn't right. When I got him home, he kept falling down, losing his balance. Couldn't stand and his right eye droops and waters. Also he suffers from nose bleeds. My wife took him back the next day and they gave him a free workover, bloodwork, etc. Said he is in ""great health"" except for his teeth. Vet said he might've suffered from a pinched nerve in his ear from cleaning it out too deep. It has been almost two weeks now having to watch him stumble around and his eye still isn't right and still has occassional nose bleeds. The vet said it would take about two weeks to clear up. My gripe is this never should've happened in the first place. I especially don't feel it is right to pay them for the full grooming service (especially the ear cleaning) when all I really did was pay full price for their error. Paying to watch my cat suffer doesn't seem right at all.\r
I will no longer be coming back to Bryan Animal Hospital. I will take my pets elsewhere.\r
Sorry for such a negative review; but I am not happy; nor is my pet.
Pros: seems nice
Cons: lousy parking, didn't watch pet closely enough, bad estimates
