Review content:
We have a relatively young dog at 10 months, and have been very pleased with the care provided by Park. Basic care has been excellent by the friendly staff. Additionally, our dog has a somewhat unusual genetic disease. Our vet hit the books and did her best to learn more about the disease so that she could explain it further and point us to additional resources. More recently, we had to take our dog to a specialty vet due to an emergency that occurred on a weekend. When the specialty vet forwarded their records to Park, our vet at Park called us to follow-up to make sure that our dog was recovering and to answer any questions. Even with his genetic condition, Park has not pushed for any additional tests or other procedures (and we requested the genetic test due to symptoms we had observed at home).
