Review content:
One of the most terrible travel experiences of my life!!! We had to wait six hours for our RV to be ready (apparently a mechanical problem) and all they could tell us was that their clause clearly states that they do not guarantee the time of the rental. The owner is one of the rudest people I have ever met and could not care less about her business or her customers. All she could tell us was how ""we"" were torturing her and ""we"" were giving her a hard time when we complained after waiting endlessly. Luckily the people that work for her still have some integrity and ended-up helping us out. Someone needs to teach the owner that running a business involves learning the words efficiency and care for the customer. She seems to think that she is doing charity and is therefore entitled to treat people as she pleases. By the way, we paid hundreds of dollars for this crap like treatment! Even a two year old can run a business better than her.
No wonder they have an 'F' rating with Better Business Bureau
