Review content:
I must say i agree with everyone saying that this doctor is the most competent EYE doctor i have ever seen. Confident and knowledgeable. However i felt it was VERY impersonal when she kept working on her computer and typing stuff as she was doing the exam(i guess everything in her office is electronic and computerized). Very little eye contact and lots of computer work. I also felt these were extra tests that were ordered with out asking me if it was ok since there was a huge bill at the end that supposedly my medical insurance will reimburse only AFTER i have paid Dr.Brisco!!!!! Why was I not informed about charges? \r
She did not even hand me a prescription, it was printed in the front desk and i felt it was all too impersonal and robotic. Charges were not explained to me, and....never paid this much for parking. With the charges they come up with, they should validate parking.
Pros: competent eye doctor
Cons: being over charged with out explanation. The computerized files made the exam impersonal and robotic
