Months of trips-back-and-forth -to-the-office later, I have the worst pair of glasses I've ever had. I cannot see well; they broke the hinge on the $300 frames I supplied (I paid the outside vendor to repair them); workmanship was shoddy -- ( lenses looked like they'd been chewed to fit frames, 2nd time not much better); lab twice got the lenses wrong; but worst of all, the doctor has completely isolated herself from her patients, with staff intercepting calls, mail, voicemail, and email. After many sessions with office staff, I demanded to see my doctor and was told it would cost me an additional $130.
