Easy to use website and fast response. The two gentlemen were friendly, professional, and -- yes -- they came with a smile. And they were FAST; done in 5 min! My only concern was that they told me their base rate was $198 (the website said the minimum rate was $95) but that they would give me discount: $140. Obviously, once they are there, and you desperately need junk removed, its hard to negotiate or turn them away. So I just paid the $140.
