This wasn't really "junk" but an old bed, two bookcases, and a storage cabinet. All pretty heavy. Junk Junk followed up on my online appointment request; they were here on time; called about 30 minutes ahead of arrival. Very nice staff. Efficient. Will use again. more

The guys called 30 minutes before the appointment time and showed up on time. Price was very reasonable for the service. They were fast and allowed me to go through boxes to assure it was junk. Very satisfied. Would highly recommend. more

Expedient AND Pleasant! 9/4/2013

I have used Junk Junk on 3 occasions - and luckily Arthur was sent to all 3 locations. They call in the morning to confirm approximate time and call again between 15-30 minutes of arrival. On time and no matter what time of day - no fooling around - just quick removal of big, little and in-between items. You can make the appointment online and the cost is reasonable. This is a really well-run company and Arthur is a genius at figuring the quickest way to fit the most junk per truckload. more

I needed to get rid of a bunch of stuff I collected throughout the years. Furniture and mattresses that former roommates have left. I needed to stop the hoarding before it became a problem. These guys came in and removed everything. Even cleaned out my storage unit. They were on time (9 am) and only took an hour. I was impressed and it didn't cost as much as I thought ($320). more

Great Company. Called on the weekend. Answered immediately. Guys came to my house the next morning on time (a few minutes early) collected our two sofas to haul, price was reasonable. Service was great!!! i will definitely use the in the future. more

I had three old sofas I needed to dispose of. The guys called to let me know they were on the way, and arrived on time as per scheduled. They were friendly and courteous, and know their stuff. They glanced quickly at the workload, gave me an immediate quote that was $40 cheaper than a quote I had got from another similar service.Without wasting any time, the guys immediately hauled the sofas down two flights of stairs,Simple, painless, cost effective. more

Job well done! Great guys! Super Fast! 6/19/2013

I searched YELP and other sites for the most affordable and highest rated Junk pick up service to get rid of some large unwanted items and came across JUNK JUNK. The two young guys that came from the company called me 30 minutes before they arrived, arrived on time and were very nice. the guys hauled the stuff out super quick to the curb and let me lock up and leave while they loaded in to the truck just so that I could get back to work. GREAT GUYS, reasonable pricing, great company! more

Booked online a week prior, got a call exactly an hour before scheduled arrival time, and two guys showed up right on time. Hauled the junk, cleaned up the mess and were on their way. Definitely recommend them. more

Storage Locker Cleanout 3/30/2013

I made the arrangements from Asheville, NC -- super easy, emailed confirmations, a followup confirmation the day before. Truck and crew were great, took everything, half a truck's worth. We have had hernias and badbacks, and we would still need a truck and to get to a dump, so this service makes all the right sense. Junk Junk worked out great for us, highly recommend. more

It was easy to schedule a pickup. The guys called ahead and requested approval to arrive early. They were friendly and professional. The price charged was reasonable. They had no difficulty removing most of the items. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that during removal of an old desk, they had trouble and ended up scratching/gouging two hardwood floor planks. more
