I just read the review by brokenspirit and I have to say I was shocked. Dr. Renato Saltz?? Are you kidding me?? I, as well as many of my friends and family members, have had procedures by Dr. Saltz. Everyone I know has been extremely satisfied with their results. In fact, many of them have had several procedures by Dr. Saltz. He's world renowned, and he and his staff are professional and responsive. I too received a call from Dr. Saltz the evening of my surgery. I have to admit, I was pleased but surprised as I've never had a doctor call me at home to see how I was doing. Personally I think brokenspirit had unrealistic expectations. I mean if she liked her ethnic nose so much why did she get surgery? I'm sorry she can no longer look at herself in the mirror, but I'd venture to say she probably couldn't look at herself before the surgery, thus her visit to Dr. Saltz in the first place. Brokenspirit refers to karma in her review, then she should be aware that karma is the effect of all deeds create future experiences thus making one responsible for one's own life, and the pain and joy it brings to him/her and others. Sounds to me as if brokenspirit has never accepted responsibility for her own life, a bit of a victim in my opinion, trying to blame her looks and unhappiness on others. If you're thinking of plastic surgery don't let this one review steer you away from the best plastic surgeon in the world, Dr. Renato Saltz!
