If they answer the phone, they put you on hold and never come back. They never call back, ever. If the DR requests a referral you never get it. The staff is rude and nasty, especially the girls at the front desk and whoever answers the phone. \r \r The office is not kid friendly. Their instruments are decades old. There is a very rude woman DR. that you should definitely not allow your child to ever see. Seems like they finally got rid of the DR that always seemed very high on something. When my daughter broke her arm; my insurance company and I could not get ahold of anyone at this DR's office for two days. The phone was busy the entire time. My insurance co. had to finally bypass the DR. and do a self referral to an orthopedic.\r \r As soon as my insurance allows I will be removing my children from this office at once. Pros: Decent office hours Cons: Staff, DR's, unfriendly manners
