Well at least I know by reading the previous reviews that I'm not the only one who didn't get phone calls returned...they are some unhappy people...that's the only explanation as to why they are so very RUDE!!! I dnt like the fact that I can't get the same Dr. But that really dnt matter cause I was hopinng to luck up on a halfway decent one at one point..the last dr I took my son to see had very bad bedside manner which t me is the most important factor..she didn't even speak to my son and barley examened him. She seemed to have a very big chip on her shoulder.once I started talking with her she got a little better but not much..she just looked like she didn't want to be there. Today I called to try and get an appt. The nurse or whomever it was that finally answered the phone sd to me that the dr dosent see patients with pink eye and to go get eye drops!!what??!!!that is wrong on sooo many levels. Needless to say I am switching Dr.s ASAP!!! One more thing..the hrs are not convient at all and it takes them forever to answer the phone and when they do they immidiatley place u on hold for 20+min and then come back with an attitude. Do not go!!! Not child friendly either old stuff and semi clean
