We had a reservation for 8:15 on Valentines Day, which was also confirmed that day via a phone call. Yet, upon our arrival I was told that we would have to wait for 30 to 40 min before being seated due to overbooking. The best accommodation that was offered was to wait at the bar, which was completely full as well. The front desk hostess wasn?t very helpful nor was she apologetic. We decided to leave.\r

Needless to say, I will not be coming back to Sia?s again. Nor will my friends and colleagues.
