Review content:
This company is evil, heinous and vile. It is family owned; AP Gentry (owner) is brother in law to Dan Belcher (VP) and the uncle of Matt Belcher (supervisor). Working for such morally bankrupt, unethical, conniving people takes its toll. Not only do they cheat their employees, they totally rip off customers. They expect you to give your life for them, but they never compensate you. You are used and then just thrown away. They lie about everything. They promise you'll be ""rewarded"" but instead you are punished. There are no perks, there are no benefits. The more you do for them, the more they abuse you. The stores are dumpy, shabby buildings with office equipment from the 1980's. The level of training you get is almost non existent. They don't stock office supplies and give you only $30 of petty cash to use for everything you need for one month. Watch out for any business with the name Gentry, Royal Management, Your Credit and Crane Finance. Most of their ""supervisors"" have no clue what to do, except bully and badger employees and customers alike. They go through managers and employees like water through a sieve. Anyone they hire who is truly decent eventually sees through all the nonsense and leaves. If you have a work issue, beware about reporting it. Even though the company handbook states ""No employee will be terminated or have any adverse action taken against them for bringing a complaint to the attention of the home office"" please realize that this is nothing but a LIE. They may not do something to you right away, but eventually they will punish you for doing the right thing, because they think they are superior to everyone. They are vindictive. They harass you for no valid reason. I have lived this, but finally escaped it. I was recently delivered from their hell and even though I was thankful to have a job, I can say that working in a toxic, immoral place like Royal Management is not worth it. They will promise you the world, but only give you pain and lies. God forbid you need any time off for an emergency, funeral or appointment. You will most likely be denied to go, or written up for it if you do. Vacations (if your are full time) are often denied for no reason. These people think they own you. Beware that this company with their 300 some odd stores are all run the same way - Badly. I don't know how these people sleep at night, but I suppose without a soul or conscience it is possible.
