Review content:
This clinic is the worst. I went there for prenatal care and had a horrible experience. The medical staff is incompetent, disorganized, rush you through appointments and are never on time. I waited over 30 minutes to an hour for EVERY appointment!!! They actually “forgot” to give me my glucose test and told me to come back in 3 weeks! That was the final straw and I ended up switching practices. My new doctor gave me the test immediately and I ended up being diagnosed with gestational diabetes. Had I stayed at Grace I would have gone untreated for 3 extra weeks! In addition, my NP never had my chart in front of her and everything I would ask she would say “I don’t know, I have to check your chart.” Isn’t that something you should do BEFORE and DURING a patient visit? Shouldn’t you provide your patient with information on how they are doing? The medical assistants are also unfriendly, don’t know what they are doing either and can’t answer simple questions…they would actually asked me why I was there before appointments. Um, I don’t know – I’m pregnant! Duh, check my chart! Do not go here if you want attentive, thorough quality prenatal care. If you need a practice that accepts the same insurance as Grace I highly recommend Generations Women’s Healthcare. It is SO much better and the doctors and staff there are incredible. The doctors all have dedicated medical assistants who get to know you and respond quickly to any questions or concerns you may have. It is like night and day. Their offices are also new and modern unlike Grace’s dumpy lobby and exam rooms. You will be in excellent hands there. Avoid Grace Maternity at all costs!!! It is not worth the stress, aggravation and overall shoddy healthcare. Trust me!
