Horrible place. Cut off my 17 year old cats nails without asking, now she cant get up on her perches in the house anymore. Then took blood work and urine because she is dropping weight and ill...the tech drew some sort of fluid that was not blood and sent it to the lab. Lab next day said what they sent was not blood. Complete incompetence. Found out that they are VERY overpriced for just about anything. The manager shows up whenever she want as the staff told me, 'she set her own schedule.' Manager told me that the Vet was concerned about the tests on my cat and would be calling me that morning....never did but my family was worried sick at that point. I called at 1 to find out what is wrong with cat since the vet was concerned....was told the tests were not in. Was called later that afternoon and informed that the test were no good. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
