Horrible place. Cut off my 17 year old cats nails without asking, now she cant get up on her perches in the house anymore. Then took blood work and urine because she is dropping weight and ill...the tech drew some sort of fluid that was not blood and sent it to the lab. Lab next day said what they sent was not blood. Complete incompetence. Found out that they are VERY overpriced for just about anything. The manager shows up whenever she want as the staff told me, 'she set her own schedule.' Manager told me that the Vet was concerned about the tests on my cat and would be calling me that morning....never did but my family was worried sick at that point. I called at 1 to find out what is wrong with cat since the vet was concerned....was told the tests were not in. Was called later that afternoon and informed that the test were no good. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! more

This places cares more about selling you unnecessary services than helping your pet. My cat was very sick so I took here to Indian Hills Animal Clinic because it was right across the street from where I live. They gave her a clean bill of health and sold me on hundreds of dollars of unnecessary services. They are the doctors, so I took their word that my cat was fine. A week later my cat was still very ill and I took her to another clinic where they performed the necessary procedures to save her life. It's sickening that the Indian Hills vet completely ignored all her symptoms as the other vet knew right away that my cat had fluid in her lungs from an infection and was close to dying. I would recommend going somewhere where they care about animals an not just money. more

They are always able to get us right in. They are courteous and kind to my dogs and me. I have taken three dogs there over the years. Unfortunately, one of them ""met"" a car on a busy street and had to be put down. We were devastated but they were compassionate and seemed to understand how bad we felt and endured all our crying. They made us a plaster cast of her paw which I still have to remind me of how much we loved her. Pros: Quick appointments more

This place is a very big joke!!! You need to check out the place carefully before you take your pet there. They lie to clients, charge you a huge amount of money for anything and the girl who takes care of the daycare is a big joke, if clients really knew how she treats your pets and how that place can harm your pet should come out.
